Staff are highly qualified - with numerous Doctorates and Masters degrees across the staff team, and many very experienced staff who are superb practitioners in their field. Many of our teachers are GCSE examiners too.
We don't sit still and we know we can all improve each year. As a member of Orchard staff you would be given a coach who works with you to identify small, incremental areas which will develop your knowledge or hone a skills to help you progress in your career. Staff who join us as teachers often progress to leadership as we plan for succession carefully. Early Career Teachers are very well supported, and grow their teaching skills rapidly with us, in a friendly environment.

Business Administrator - We are seeking to appoint a friendly and professional Administrator whose role is to deliver support to all aspects of business management. The role is part time, covering the hours of 8:00 – 4:00pm Monday, 9:30-14:30 Tuesday-Friday.
ADT Teacher - Orchard School Bristol are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our growing Art, Digital and Technology (ADT) team from September. This role is full time and fixed term for a year.
