ParentPay is a new, secure online payment system that has been introduced at OSB, giving parents a more convenient way to pay for school meals, trips and activities.

The benefits of the new system include:
- You can make payments 24/7, from any location;
- You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password. Parents can create a single account login for all children;
- Payment histories can be tracked and no card details are stored in any part of the system;
- Parents wishing to top-up their ParentPay account with cash will be provided with a plastic card, enabling them to make cash payments for school meals and activities at local PayPoint stores. The first card is free of charge; any lost or damaged cards will be charged at £3 each*.
OSB is looking to no longer accept cash and cheque payments, making the school a cash-free environment.
Parents who need to continue making payments by cash may do so using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores.
