It won't just be university students graduating this summer. Pupils from Orchard School will also have their very own ceremony at Bristol Cathedral - thanks to an affiliate scheme with UWE.

Orchard has teamed up with the university to provide the Children's University programme, which encourages pupils, from Years 7 to 10, to take part in and facilitate learning activities outside of school hours.

The project allows children to take up fantastic opportunities to not only discover themselves, but the world around them.

Each student holds their own passport - which looks similar to an EU passport - where they collect stamps for each activity they take part in.

Twenty pupils, in Years 7 to 9, will be graduating through the scheme, with 14 Year 10s graduating as volunteers.

The graduation ceremony will be taking place at Bristol Cathedral on 10th July. Families are welcome to attend.
