In the build-up to this year's General Election, we are excited to be hosting our very own hustings.

The event, taking place next Thursday, provides an opportunity for secondary school pupils from across Bristol North West to quiz the candidates standing in the election about issues relating to young people.

Attending the hustings are prospective Bristol North West MPs Darren Hall (Labour), Charlotte Leslie (Conservative) and Clare Campion-Smith (Lib Dem), with Bishopston's Green councillor Tim Malnick taking questions on behalf of Justin Quinnell.

Besides having our own pupils present at the hustings, we have students attending from Henbury School, Oasis Academy Brightstowe, and Bristol Free School.

The format is a one-hour session with selected students putting forward questions to the candidates.

Please note: This hustings is NOT open to the general public. It is only for a select number of pupils from the aformentioned schools.
