Orchard School Year 11 students were delighted to meet former students Kyanna Morgan,  Faye Harvey and Sam Downie, who left in 2014, 2004 and 1991 respectively.

They were invited to come in as part of Back to School week organised by Future First, a charitable organisation who are working to promote networks of alumni in the maintained education sector.  The event was mentioned in the Western Daily Press, the Bristol Post and the Western Morning News.

Orchard students were able to meet alumni from three decades who have made successful choices after leaving school.

Kyanna is studying A levels at Bristol Post 16 Centre, Faye is running her own business as an independent hair dresser and Sam has a business Dsoundz as an independent broadcaster, musician, journalist and business coach.

Sam, Faye and Kyanna have agreed to come back later in the year to talk to more students.

Any former student who would like to join our alumni network please register with Future First or get in contact with the school directly, we love to hear your news.
