We were lucky to be joined by Dr Emmanuel Adukwu; a microbiologist with special interest in public health from UWE and his team of students all with a special interest in Sci-art.

Students spent the first of a number of workshops - planned to take place at Orchard School Bristol - discussing ideas, creating visual mind maps and then producing their own Sci-Art pieces.

We plan to incorporate photography and other media forms into our pieces and are hoping to link with some other organisations across Bristol to exhibit the final works.

Dr Emmanuele and his team were really impressed with the ideas the students came up with and it was a thoroughly enjoyable morning, thank you to all those involved! We look forward to the next workshop.. Watch this space!
